Mid Spring Fishing Report

WOW! The weather has been perfect! Other than some windy afternoons and one snowy weekend, April has been fantastic for fishing. Various bugs hatching throughout the day to fish that are now, not tippet shy. NCWildlife stocking Hatchery Supported and Delayed Harvest Waters have many nets wet and smiles on faces. We still have a good 6-8 weeks of great conditions for trout. Don't forget the smallmouth action that is getting cranked up!
