FISHING REPORT Combined with Blog

How to read stream flows:

East Fork:  This release on the East Fork of the Tuckaseegee is 450 additional CFS.  Pretty much takes wading out of the question for most anglers. Arrives in the Webster DH section in about 4 hours from release time.

West Fork: Additional release of about 250 CFS arrives nearly 6 hours after release time to Webster Delayed Harvest.  This release keeps the river accessible for wading for most anglers.  Fishing will be extremely good as water arrives.

Duke Energy does reserve the right to change schedules anytime they need to according to energy needs or weather conditions.  If you notice sticks, leaves, and other debris in the water, you will know it is coming up.
