January Fishing Report

Well the ice flows are now gone and our average daily temperature will begin to rise everyday closer to Spring. In the last couple of weeks we have even seen a couple days in the 60s. If you come up make sure to check the weather and dress accordingly.

On all waters throughout the area, anglers should plan to nymph first. But on the warmer afternoons you will see a hatch. It may be blue winged olives or small black stones. As we approach February we are excited about our Black Caddis Hatch that usually gets going towards the back half of the month.
